Being a good ancestor means working with our own experiences, lives, emotions and also helping heal the wounds of our ancestors - those that came before us. In this practice we will be focusing on the area of the hips - from navel to mid thigh - to help release, make space, process, and allow.
Props: 1 bolster (bolster: http://amzn.to/2yJVoaj) (or 2 bed pillows) and 1 blanket (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) or towel but feel free to gather any and all props that will support you in your practice.
Affirmation: I invite healing into my life - for myself, my ancestors, and the earth.
