During different stages of our lives we will grieve and each time it will look different. One thing in common - we will all feel some anger whether that be at the situation, a person, the world, or ourselves. Anger is a powerful emotion that when harnessed and processed correctly, can move us forward, clear out what no longer serves us, and open us up to new things.
In this practice we will be focusing on the lung and liver meridians (arms/chest/inner leg) to move things out of our bodies, ground our energy and release what we feel ready to. If anger arises during the practice, try and breath with it, allowing your mind and body to process it the best way it knows how - slowly and lovingly. Be kind to yourself and compassionate.
