The grief process is extensive, touching our past, present, and future and can include every emotion possible. Grief is unique to each one of us in each instance where we feel grief - sometimes bringing back memories from seemingly unrelated experiences. In this practice we honor all of the process and take the time to move the energy in our bodies through poses, breath, and awareness...reconnecting us to the present moment and our bodies.
Props: 2 blankets or 1 bolster (and anything else you feel you need today to support you in your practice)
Note here - be kind, loving, and allow yourself to feel all that comes up, even if that is numbness, fear, anger, joy, laughter, tears. This is the process...
