In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Metal element peaks in Autumn - a natural time of quieting and turning inward. Many people find they become more introspective and nostalgic during this season and it's a great time to work with your creative side (coming up with new ideas and plans for the winter planning).
We work with the Lung and Large Intestine meridians located in the chest/upper back, arms and shoulders to open, stimulate, and clear these meridians to prepare for the winter season. Breath deeply, feel the opening, become still, and explore the quiet - the serenity of this season/element. Enjoy!
