Each day we awaken we begin with new energy - what will we do with it, how will we use it, how long will it last, how do we conserve it for emergencies? Some will use all of their energy in a big outpouring and others will trickle it out as a precious resource and others will vary between one end and the other. But how can we set boundaries, choose where and how and who our energy flows to to use it the most wisely - the way that will fulfill us and offer our best to the world while not draining us each day?
Join me as we explore energy management in a flow where I invite you to ask yourself throughout - how am I using my energy?
Props: 1-2 blocks (block: http://amzn.to/2sIEm6L) for support if the ground needs to come closer and a blanket or towel (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) to use for knees and for covering at the end.
