I have had SO many requests for this practice and as someone who suffers from very painful cycles, I know how debilitating they can be each month.
In this practice we work with compression, warmth and opening to help relieve/manage the pain associated with dysmenorrhea and uterine fibroids. We will be focusing on the Liver meridian (filtration and hormones), Spleen meridian (distribution of blood and filtration), and the sacral chakra (kidney/bladder meridians) associated with localized discomfort. Take your time, dress warmly and grab any and all props you might need to make yourself feel comforted and warm.
Props: 1-2 blankets OR beach towels (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and 1 bolster or 2 bed pillows (bolster: http://amzn.to/2sO56md)
