Today's yoga flow is a hands free, full body yoga practice focusing on the core and abs. The core isn't just the front side of the belly - it includes the side body, lower back, pelvic floor and diaphragm as well - a cannister of core - with layer upon layer!
This practice focuses on engaging, stretching and releasing the core layers in many different poses to bring more awareness to this area and emphasize how the core is involved in SO many things we do every day. If you are looking to build your practice, develop a stronger core & abs, or simply want to learn more about how to use your core better - join me! We will practice all sorts of poses you have seen before, add some fun stuff on and breathe deeply!
