Sometimes, even if we know that something new or changing is what is needed, we can feel a little heart break, a little heart ache from frustration, sadness, grief and loss. This practice is all about taking care of your physical heart and your emotional heart - offering healing and love.
Props: a cat if possible but you can listen to Patrick's purrs throughout, 1 bolster or 2 bed pillows, 2 throw pillows, and anything else you feel you might need to feel held and loved during your practice today.
And definitely stay till the end for some sweetness from Mr. Patrick and lots of purry kisses...
