This 30 minute Yin practice is all about opening the shoulders 360 degrees - mobilizing, stretching and releasing the ENTIRE shoulder complex. If you are like me, you hold most of your tension in your shoulders resulting in a buildup of stiffness, tightness and tension.
This is a great practice to use for shoulder tension release but is also great if you are wanting to deepen your yoga practice in which shoulder opening is key to the poses you are working with. I use this practice in preparation for arm balances and deeper backbends to give me more space and opening to sink into the pose. Enjoy!
