This Yin AM practice is focused on opening the upper back (and with it the shoulders) to help combat the computer/texting/electronic back we are all familiar with. Tension headaches and shoulder soreness often come from tightness in the upper back, neck, shoulders and side body. This practice focuses on all of those areas with longer holds to fully release and relax. Enjoy!
Props suggested: 2 blankets or beach towels (or get here: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and 1 block (or get here: http://amzn.to/2sIEm6L)
