Wood element - Spring. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is the time of the element Wood (Liver/Gallbladder meridians). This is a time of energy rising, growth, expansion, and the body and mind detoxifying and clearing out the old as we move into the next phase of our lives. The liver is linked to anger and if unbalanced we can experience heightened anger, frustration, and the inability to make decisions. Join me as we move out of the denser, heavier energy of Winter and into Spring!
The areas we are focusing on are the inner legs and the lateral sides of our bodies. Join me on the mat for some stillness, quiet, and energy connection... Exploring quietly on your own.
