This is a short tapping session that is general and can be used anytime you feel you need it but can truly help you settle for sleep and rest well. I personally use this tapping session whenever I feel anxious, uncertain, or unsettled and it is AMAZING how effective it is in helping calm my nervous system. Try it! : )
