Life moves quickly and is SO full of activities, demands, duties, responsibilities and choices. What if our lives were intentional? What if our relationships were intentional? What if we made choices based on living our truth - living in our authentic selves with will and intention?
Today we are exploring what intention means to us, how it feels physically, how it feels emotionally and how it feels intellectually and we apply that to our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world at large. How can you be more intentional every single day and what would that do for your life?
Props: 1 blanket or towel (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) optional but "intentionally" choose whatever props you might need to support you in your practice today to honor where you are in this moment with kindness and compassion
