Need a little self love - time to nourish yourself - to ground and connect to your inner earth element? This practice is meant to bring you back to center - to help you refill your cup and practice some self love.
For those of us who are caretakers - people who constantly give of ourselves to everyone, care for everyone, worry about everyone - we can easily become depleted. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Earth element is associated with the nourishing mother, the caretaker and when it gets all out of balance - we feel excessively worried, overwhelmed, exhausted and frustrated.
Join Mr. Sherlock for lots of love, purrs, snuggles, and some deep self care time to reconnect to the Earth and bring balance.
