Water - Winter time. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Winter is the time of the element Water (Kidney/Bladder meridians). This is the time of deep introspection, healing, nurturing as we reflect on what has come before and process is in preparation for the coming Spring. The element of Water is related to our sense of flow and ease. but when it is out of balance we feel isolated, fearful, and disconnected.
The areas we are focusing on are the inner leg and the entire back side of our bodies from inner eyes to feet. Join me on the mat for some stillness, quiet, and energy connection... Exploring quietly on your own.
