Feelings and emotions can often get stuck in our bodies as we process through sadness, loss, grief, or any life situation that brings up a lot of emotions. Connective tissue is said to hold some of that emotional history and the hips are the space that has the most connective tissue!
Using Yin Yoga poses focused on the hips, we dive into letting go, clearing out, and releasing some of that stuck tension - supporting our bodies natural processing of emotions and feelings.
Props: 1-2 blankets optional but feel free to use any props you feel would help you in this practice.
