30m
We sit a lot in our lives and that can mean our hip flexors, that area at the front of our hip between pelvis and upper thigh, can get super tight and sticky. Today, our 30 minute Yin Yoga practice, we are focusing on opening this space up, releasing tension, and helping our backs feel better (tight hips flexors means back tension). Enjoy!
Props: Optional - 1 blanket OR beach towel (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and 1-2 blocks or large books (block: http://amzn.to/2sIEm6L)
