Lots of people think that whenever we work with the solar plexus chakra or focus on courage, the practice should be heating, fiery, intense. While that's often wonderful too, I have been finding that I mindfully reconnect to my sense of bravery and courage through slow, connected, mindful movements.
Props: anything you think might support you in your practice today as we stay low to the floor (no standing poses or balancing poses here). 1 blanket might help for knees and seat.
