Many of us will face days where we want to practice, need to practice, need to move our bodies somehow but we feel depleted, exhausted, and deeply fatigued. Whether that be physically, emotionally, or mentally (or all of the above), we can practice self care by honoring our energy as well as balancing it with movement.
Join me for a short 25 minute practice, ground based, where we move through the entire body - loosening tension, making space, breathing, and working with the kidney/bladder meridians to help balance our energy.
Props: 1 blanket or towel - optional for your comfort
