"The way out is in." Thich Nhat Hanh
This is a powerful quote taken from a speech made by Hanh and while it was in a speech related to environmental issues, it holds SO much more.
The answers are inside of us, we begin with ourselves first, know our inner self, explore our inner landscape. All of these are related. To develop our abilities to engage with the world, we must first learn to love, accept, and be kind to ourselves. We must dive into all that we are - dark and light, Yin and Yang - and allow ourselves to heal. We must heal ourselves first before we can heal the world!
Join me as we explore this through inner/outer body practices - sensing our emotions, physical sensations, and our breath as we turn inward.
