Welcome to another Yin + Breath practice where we meld breath, slow intuitive movement, and Yin poses for a sweet, short, and supportive practice. In this class we are building trust in our intuition by listening and taking the variations and movements our bodies need and ending with a soft savasana to breathe and be.
Props: 1 bolster or two throw pillows/bed pillows and any other props you want to have around you for your comfort and support.
