In today's practice we are exploring the element of wood - Traditional Chinese Medicine links the liver and gallbladder to this element and it is related to the season of Spring. New growth, letting go, firing up our energy, energy rising - all of this is part of Wood. Join me as we explore poses that focus on the lateral body and the inner legs/hips using the container of the mandala circle to breathe, let go, and invite growth!
Props: a cat if needed and a blanket or block to help you with any poses that you could use cushioning for or to bring the ground closer to you!
