The Sacral Chakra is the seat of our creativity, sensuality, sexuality and relationships with others (and to some extent, ourselves). It is about flow and the element associated is water. The Sacral Chakra is located in the bowl of the pelvis and incorporates the hips, thighs, and pelvic area - a place of dense tissue and lots of nerves, organs, muscles, and connective tissue.
In this class we allow the props to support us in our practice of letting go and flowing - softening and allowing more space here and healing energy. Join PJ and I as we allow healing energy and breath into this space - and a few purrs....
