Ready for some deep rest, healing, and quiet? Join Lucy and I for this side lying supported savasana that will help you refill your cup. Take some time to feel supported, cared for, nourished with home props.
Props: 1-3 throw pillows or 1 bolster (bolster: http://amzn.to/2sO56md) and 2 throw pillows, 1 block (block: http://amzn.to/2sIEm6L) or a small pillow or book, 1-2 blankets (1 is for under your body) (blanket: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh) and anything else that will help you feel cared for and soft.
