Restorative Yoga for Long COVID | Breathe
Restorative Yoga

If you or someone you know is struggling with long COVID symptoms - including brain fog, exhaustion, unable to take a deep breath...this practice is for you. We use supportive props to help open up the upper back, chest, shoulders, and side body while allowing you to soften and feel supported. This is a great practice to come back to often to help you deepen your breath and in turn, have more clarity of mind, feel more energized, and even possibly feel a bit more optimistic.
Wishing you continued healing....Aprille XX
Props: 1-2 blankets or towels and 1 bolster or a couple of pillows either from your bed or your sofa
