New Moon Restorative Yoga | The Wisdom to Know the Difference

1h 2m
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the thins I can; and, the wisdom to know the difference.
Many of us have read or heard of the Serenity Prayer, but how do you apply it in your everyday living? We tap into our intuition, listen carefully to our minds and bodies, and allow our internal wisdom to guide us.
Affirmation: I honor what I need by listening carefully to my intuition - tapping into the wisdom of my mind and body.
Check in, honor yourself where you are at, be present and aware and allow the wisdom of your inner self guide you.
Props: 1-3 blankets or towels, 1 block or stack of books, 1 bolster or 1-2 pillows and any eye pillows, soft coverings, throw pillows you might want to give yourself some deep, healing love.
