Pranayama for Life | Online Breath Course
In the eight fold pathway of yoga, pranayama is the next step along the path after asana or poses. It is the more subtle body practice, working with subtle energy. Prana is life force (like chi or qi), and working with this life force can be a powerful way to inspire you, clarify your thoughts and detox your body, help regulate your mind and emotions, energize your mind and body, promote good digestion, balance your nervous system, and so much more. Join me as we explore some of the practices of pranayama to create a personal practice for you!
