No matter how grounding we feel or how true to ourselves we are, we will find a point when we will compare ourselves to someone else. In this practice we are letting go of comparison, moving our bodies and honoring where we are at in this moment, connecting to our Root Chakra for support and grounding while supporting our Crown Chakra and our connection to the divine within and all around us.
