What does it mean to tend to your heart? How do you tend your heart flame - keeping it balanced, healthy, strong? This Restorative Yoga practice focuses on heart opening poses using props to release tension, make space, and feel more expansive - followed by a short guided meditation. Enjoy!
Props: 1-2 blankets, 1 bolster and 1 block but please gather anything that will help you feel held, supported, and loved for this practice.
