Welcome to the Spring Equinox and a New Moon! Today we are working with the energy of release, clearing out, making space. Whether that be in your home, your practices, or your personal health and wellness - this is a great time to do a little Spring cleaning. Let go of the things that are taking up space you want to have for what is to come. Clear out the old to prepare for the new.
We will be working with the Liver/Gallbladder meridians and deep twists to help boost digestion, support liver health, and work with the Traditional Chinese Medicine element of Wood (Spring time and renewal).
If you want to explore more, take some time after this practice to journal on what area of your life would you most like to focus your energy and attention on this year? What do you need to clear out to make room for this?
Props: 1-2 blankets or any props you feel might support you in your practice today.
