In the days before and during your moon cycle, emotions are running high. You FEEL everything so much more. While many of us wish that wasn't the case, you can tap into that emotional energy, allow it to inspire your creative side, and focus it into creative outlets.
In this practice we tap into the natural flow state, working with the Sacral Chakra, and allowing ourselves to connect to our innate creative side. A sweet practice for before and during your cycle, moving the entire body slowly, mindfully, and gently with focus on opening the lower abdomen and hips.
Props: block and/or blanket optional for your comfort
