Join me in your pajamas or comfiest clothes for a soft, sweet unwinding and unfurling practice to help you feel relaxed, released, and comfortable for your evening and/or bedtime. Includes pranayama. You can even do this in bed!
Props: 1 blanket or soft pillow for padding and support
