When we feel the rush of energy in Spring, it can be a bit unsettling at times. This practice is about grounding down and reconnecting to our roots - the Muladhara Chakra or Root Chakra. This month with the New Moon in Taurus, we are being called to ground and center into our family relationships. Whether family is blood relative or those you call family (because they definitely are), let's focus on cultivating these relationships to support us as we BLOOM!
Props: 2 blocks and anything else you feel called to use in your practice to support you : )
