Yoga often seems so serious and while sometimes that's what we need in our practice, we have to "balance" that out with a playfulness and curiosity. We will fall, we will bobble, we will feel silly but that's okay - we are "practicing" and allowing ourselves to open up to the lighter side of life.
Join me and come play with blocks - exploring balance, our connection to earth, our bodies in motion....fall, laugh, giggle, smile, feel light!
Props: 1-2 blocks (or pick one up here: http://amzn.to/2yHfZMs) and a Lucy cat!
