One of my favorite things to do right before bedtime and falling asleep is to practice pranayama. Just a few minutes of shifting my breath, being fully aware of it can help me fall asleep faster, slow down my thoughts and my body, and release that last bit of tension both mentally and physically.
Join me as we explore a few simple breath techniques that you can use anytime - right before bed, when you feel anxious, when you wake up in the middle of the night - to help you soften and soothe.
