There is an inner flame in each on of us in our Solar Plexus chakra - the chakra associated with personal power and will. That flame may sometimes feel out of control making us feel overly aggressive, overheated. That flame may sometimes feel tiny and inconsequential making us feel powerless. In this meditation we experience the opposites then work to bring a more balanced, stable, consistent flame into our lives - feeding with the breath and intention. Join me!
