The glutes are major muscles that move us throughout our day and are active from the moment we get up to the time we settle in for sleep. This area of the hips is dense with tissue - using therapy balls can get deeper into the tissue and around the muscles to loosen tension, tightness, and help with overall mobility and recovery. Add rolling out/myofascial release to your weekly workout/exercise/yoga routines to feel more overall mobility and to reduce pain!
Props: 1-2 therapy balls or 1-2 tennis balls
