As we transition from summer to fall, we enter the period of Traditional Chinese Medicine referred to as earth energy. TCM meridian organ systems we work with are stomach and spleen - helping bring grounding, better digestion, and resilience (all related to our ROOT chakra). Today we explore Yin Yoga poses that activate and energize our stomach and spleen meridian lines as well as promote healthy digestion as we move into the next cycle of the year.
