This 45 minute Restorative yoga practice is focused on opening and mobilizing the ENTIRE hip complex. In this supportive gentle yoga practice, we use props to help us hold the poses MUCH longer, helping relieve stress, anxiety, and tension build up in our bodies. We hold a lot in our hips - both physically and emotionally - so this area can always use some deeper, gentler opening to release. This class is perfect for when you need to really sink in and reboot and release tension in the hip area. Enjoy!
