In today's practice we are focusing on opening your front body, chest, shoulders, upper back and side body for deeper breathing, more mobility and tension release. This is a wonderful practice to drop in, settle your breath, open your heart and release tension in the upper body. Lots of longer holds to help settle you in and calm. Great practice to relieve shoulder and back pain. Enjoy!
