This is a Yin AM practice focused on opening and mobilizing the deep connective tissue of your hips. Yin is best practiced in the morning when these cold tissues (connective tissue, ligaments, joints and bones) are still cold and the muscles aren't warmed up yet, but can be practiced anytime of day for deep release. No need to warm up for this practice - step out of bed onto the mat! Enjoy!
