We carry a lot of our tension in our hips where the fascia and muscles are dense. In this practice, we slowly and sweetly move through some longer hold poses that help unwind this tension and open up the spaces of the lower body with intention and breath. Join me on the mat for this focused practice - out in nature - to open up the space of the lower body.
Props: 1 blanket or towel.
