Low back tension and tightness can come from a number of places - feet, legs, hips. In this 15 minute practice we explore opening up these spaces and releasing to get deeper into the lower back. Perfect for when you need a short lower body stretch (with a little bit of strengthening) to release tightness or to prevent tension building up in this space.
