Uncertainty isn't negative, it's what helps us ask more questions, search for more information, weigh our options with more focus. But, ultimately we do need to make a decision!
Today we are working with the Gallbladder meridian - the meridian related to decision making and the ability to make decisions with confidence. This meridian covers the entire lateral side of the body so we will be opening up this space for deeper breaths, more mobility and greater length in the side body.
