Today's practice is a 60 minute full body meridian balancing practice focusing on the governor of all the meridians, the San Jiao Meridian. This meridian is said to regulate the balance of water in our bodies so it starts with balancing the Heart, Lungs and Pericardium meridians in the Upper Burner; moves to the Spleen, Stomach, Large Intestine and Small Intestine in the middle burner; and finally to the Liver, Gallbladder, Kidneys and Bladder meridians in the lower burner. Essentially, this meridian practice will bring balance to your entire body and it's systems and a deep sense of calm! Enjoy!
