Forgiveness is hard whether it's a situation, a person, or even ourselves. There is anger and frustration, a holding onto the past, and the hurt feelings that accompany it all. Today we use mindful movement, breath and intention to help us process and release it all - opening ourselves and others up to healing, compassion, and acceptance.
We are working with the liver meridian (anger), heart meridian (hurt feelings, compassion, love), and spleen meridian (letting go of the past).
Props: 1 blanket but always feel free to include any other props you feel you might need to support you in your practice. (pick up a blanket here: http://amzn.to/2v0U0eh)
