I LOVE using the wall for my own practice! It allows me to adjust my depth and explore all the aspects of what I feel in a pose with some grounding support. I have to admit that after practicing this - I definitely felt a lot of opening in these areas so don't let the wall fool you into thinking it was too easy! Great for a quick upper back/chest opening or after/before arm day at the gym. Enjoy!
