We are given genetic gifts from our ancestral line at birth and we are able to nurture ourselves throughout our lives with the choices we make. What will we choose? How will we make the best of some challenging genetic gifts and how can nature help remind us of what we have available to help us be the best version of ourselves?
In this one hour Yin Yoga practice we explore the elements as they complement and contrast each other, remembering that we can live in harmony with all of the elements from fire and anger, frustration, passion to water with creativity, softness, emotions, vulnerability. Nature within us and nature with out.
Affirmation: I am one with the elements of nature and they support me.
