I know - we all cringe when we hear the words core work in a class. But core work doesn't have to include planks, situps or pulsing 100 times to be effective. Today we are working with the core without hands, wrists, arms of any kind - building stability, strength, and awareness throughout our entire core. We use the floor to help us stabilize our backs and bring deeper awareness to how the core works overall.
