In this 70 minute Restorative Yoga practice we take our time as we focus on the lower back and hips to open, release, relax and relieve back and sciatica pain. I know just how painful and debilitating lower back and sciatic pain can be and this practice is meant to bring instant relief while helping softly stretch out the back and hip areas to prevent further discomfort.
